3. Do you charge for shipping and handling?

We ship by UPS, Fed Ex, USPS and courier and will add the shipping charges to your final
invoice.  We do not have a separate handling charge.
2. I have a photo I want to use on my invitations.  Should I send you the photo and will you
send it back?
      
       You can either send us the photo by mail or send it electronically, formatted as a jpeg or tiff file.
(Please include written permission from the photographer to reproduce the photo) 

       Yes, we will return printed photos.  We do not recommend sending photos in the mail that are
irreplacable.  Contact us if you have such a photo at (805) 494-6774.
8. Do you sell pre-designed invitations or any others besides your own designs?

Yes, we offer a complete line of invitations from brand name companies as well as blank
       invitations you can print yourself.  They are available in our online Store. 
5. Will you help me with the wording on my invitations and respond cards?

Yes, whether or not you order from us, Ask Ruth is available for assistance with questions
about etiquette and design.  Wording questions are a specialty of mine.  As a client
with us, we will provide suggested wording, standard wording, wording etiquette tips, and
other sources to find just the right wording for your special event.
1. How do I order custom invitations from you?

We meet with clients in our studio where you have access to all our design samples, paper
samples, and accessories.  Please contact us to make an appointment.  We are available for
appointments weekdays, evenings or weekends.  If you are not local, we can assist you by
phone, email and US mail to complete the ordering process.  Give us a call to discuss your

4. Can I get a sample of a paper I see on your website that I might want to use
   on my invitations?

We have paper samples of many invitation designs you see on our website and are
       willing to send you a sample piece.  If we do not have samples of the paper in stock,
       we may need to charge a nominal fee to process an order for one.  In some cases,
       samples may not be available from the manufacturer.
9. Do you give discounts?
Our specialty paper designs are priced on a "per item" basis.  You order and pay for the exact
number desired.  These are priced at high volume prices, so the "discounts" are already
built-in. 

If you order online from some of our companies through our website, we do offer discounts.

6. Do you sell lined inner envelopes and outer envelopes with your custom designs?

Yes, we can provide you with lined inner envelopes and outer envelopes with your custom
designed invitations.  The prices shown on our website for specialty paper designs include
outer envelopes only, so there would be a slight additional charge for inner lined envelopes.
7. Can I get envelopes ahead of time to write addresses while my invitations are
being printed by you?

Yes, we can make arrangements to print your return address on your envelopes and send
them in advance of the rest of the order.
