When is the Wedding? - The Year
The first letter in the year is capitalized, if the year is included. Formal invitations do not necessarily use the year, since wedding invitations are sent within a few weeks/months before the event. However, it is widely used today and is not incorrect.

What Time is the Wedding Ceremony?
All lowercase, beginning with "at", the word 'noon' is not neccessary for a wedding time at "twelve o'clock", and time of day descriptions may be used, half-past is not used.

Where is the Location of the Wedding?
Location of the ceremony is shown in full and is spelled out in full. The street address is included unless there is a map/directions card or it is a well known location.

Reception Information
The reception is indicated at the bottom of the invitation when it is held at the same location as the ceremony with wording as:
Reception at the same location, formal:
"and afterwards at the reception"
Reception at the same location, informal:
"reception immediately following"
